Happy New Year!

To everyone who has been keeping up with this blog, really appreciate it! It will continue for sure.

Hope you all had wonderful holidays, some of us far away from our families (like myself) but I hope you were still surrounded by loved ones.

May this year bring us all closer as a humanity, and overall peace in the world, because we all know we need it!

Happy New Year :) 2013 will be great

loshermanoswinchester:

yo, so if you’re talking about immigration and you want to say “illegal immigrants” and you feel kinda gross about it because it’s a pretty gross phrase that’s been popularised in the english language for use in immigration discussion, USE “undocumented” INSTEAD.

undocumented. not “illegal”….

Your options to live in the Arabian Gulf or in a developed country

selfvictory:

I was in Riyadh today taking a cab to a meeting. In Lebanon, the economic situation is bad, so you need to develop your business somewhere in the Arabian Gulf. Like any of the Arabian Gulf capitals, the traffic is terrible as the population in the cities is growing, as the economy is still growing fast. I spent around 45 minutes in the taxi, it was good enough to open a conversation with the Pakistani driver.

Marriage Doesn’t Guarantee Citizenship

univisionnews:

By TED HESSON

One of the common misconceptions about immigration law is that marrying a U.S. citizen means automatic citizenship. It doesn’t.

The immigration blog Feet in 2 Worlds tells the story of Griselda, an undocumented immigrant in Phoenix, Arizona, who married a U.S. citizen but found the path to citizenship too risky to undertake.

Think Outside The Borders

Hey all! My campaign exhibition and project is all done - but the campaign purpose is going strong so I’ll keep updating the blog as I have been doing! The exhibition was at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design main gallery and it opened on the 7th of December. It was up until the 14th which was the date of my graduation ceremony!

If you would like to check out the final posters and exhibition click HERE on my portfolio site, where you can also see some of my other work :)
